フェラーラはネドベドのコーチ就任を望む！！

インテルでの現役続行を断るとともに、ユベントスでのコーチ就任も断っていたネドベド。しかし、フェラーラは諦めていなかったようで、改めてネドベドにコーチ就任を要請している。

Ci siamo sentiti ieri e gli ho ribadito che mi piacerebbe averlo come mio collaboratore". Intanto c'è una gran voglia e tanta curiosità di vedere in campo la nuova Juve. "Per fare qualche valutazione dovrò avere tutta la squadra a disposizione. Per questo esordio conto di far giocare a tutti almeno un tempo, anche se credo che Diego e Sissoko non saranno precauzionalmente della gara. Proveremo a partire con un centrocampo a rombo anche se non vorrei focalizzarmi molto su numeri e schemi. Quello che mi interessa è fare una bella figura. La società ha fatto grandissimi sforzi. Felipe Melo è il centrocampista che la Juve stava cercando. "D'Agostino? Quando c'è stata la possibilità di prendere Felipe Melo, siamo andati convinti di fare la scelta giusta e abbiamo acquistato un giocatore che può giostrare davanti alla difesa. Felipe Melo ha altre caratteristiche rispetto a D'Agostino, che stimo molto. Non credo che il brasiliano non possa dettare i tempi della manovra, penso possa ricoprire il ruolo senza problemi. Non è detto che il mercato in entrata sia terminato, ma bisogna cedere qualcuno. L'ideale sarà avere due giocatori per ruolo".

Nedved's future is still up in the air, although the latest reports claim the 36-year-old's playing days are over, but his involvement with the Turin-based outfit could still continue.

"At this moment, Pavel only needs to make a decision," the Bianconeri boss said in a press conference, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport.

"I think his contribution [in this capacity] would be important for this team and I have high hopes in this regard."

ネドベドの未来はまだ未定だけれども、コーチングスタッフに加わるという要請についてよく考えてくれることを望んでいるとフェラーラは考えている。ネドベドが決断するだけでかまわないと。

ネドベドのコーチング能力はわからないが、モチベーションがあがるのはたしか。テクニックも若手の見本となるだろう。そのことを期待しているのか、それとも戦う集団としての意識改革なのか。

いずれにしてもユベントスは伝統を大事にしつつ、大きな改革を必要としているのは確かなようだ。

Juventus Coach Ciro Ferrara: I Admire D'Agostino, But Couldn't Turn Down Melo(Goal.com)

Juventus coach Ciro Ferrara admits that his first choice midfielder was Udinese's Gaetano D'Agostino, but he is happy with his alternative in Felipe Melo.

The Brazilian midfielder is set to sign a five-year deal with the Bianconeri later this evening. Ferrara has hailed his arrival, but revealed D'Agostino was who he wanted.

The Juve coach was left perplexed when asked whether Melo was second choice during his afternoon press conference.

"What choice was Melo? It's not a good question. Everyone knows I admire D'Agostino and we followed him for a long time, but for various reasons the deal did not go through," Ferrara told Sky Sport Italia.

"He didn't arrive and so we did not think twice about taking Melo when the chance came along.

"We were convinced Melo would be the right choice and we based our selection on the value and quality of the player. We made an important move for an important player.

"He completed his medicals this morning and now I hope he puts pen to paper."

The coach continued to speak on the boiling point that is the transfer market, and he has good news for Trezeguet fans. The Frenchman has been wrapped up in speculation regarding an exit, but Ferrara feels he will stay.

"I have spoken to Trezeguet. He is a player that I regard highly and I hope he stays," added the coach.

"As for the market, there could be a player who leaves in order to make room for a new arrival."
