FIFAはオリンピックトーナメントに新ルールを提案

FIFAでは様々なことが話し合われていて、その内容についてもサイトでアップされているのだが、今回はかなり時間をかけて探したのだけれども結論を見つけることはできなかった。ただ、日本の新聞が速報で伝えていることから大筋は決まり、記者発表はしているのだろう。

FIFA competitions, 6+5 on agenda(FIFA)

The FIFA Executive Committee, chaired by President Joseph S. Blatter, will convene in Zurich on Thursday and Friday, 19-20 March 2009, for its first meeting of the year. The agenda features a wide range of topics, including discussions on the FIFA competitions that will take place in 2009, and other important issues such as the protection of minors or the 6+5 resolution.
Less than three months before the FIFA Confederations Cup 2009, the FIFA executive will be given an update on the current status of preparations for the "championship of champions", as well as for the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ in South Africa.

Other topics on the committee's agenda include:
- preparations for the other world football competitions of the year: the FIFA U-17 World Cup Nigeria 2009, the FIFA U-20 World Cup Egypt 2009, the FIFA Club World Cup Abu Dhabi 2009 and the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Dubai 2009
- the Olympic Football Tournaments
- presentation of the 2008 FIFA Financial Report
- an update on the legal study conducted by the Institute for European Affairs (INEA) on the 6+5 resolution and its compatibility with European Community Law
- a discussion of the measures adopted to protect minors in football
- a review of pending cases related to member associations
Finally, the executive will receive reports on the various committee meetings that will be held during the week of 16-20 March, as well as those that have taken place since the last FIFA Executive Committee meeting held in Tokyo in December 2008.

以上のことが現在話し合われている議題。

ヨーロッパ国内リーグの6+5問題、南アフリカで開かれるコンフェデレーションズカップについてもＷ杯南アフリカ大会と同じように世界チャンピオンの称号を与える準備をすること、年代別ワールドカップの準備、オリンピックの問題、2008年の金融危機、6+5問題はEU lawに抵触するかどうか、未成年の移籍問題について、その他のこと。

五輪は21歳以下へ、改正案まとまる(日刊スポーツ)

国際サッカー連盟（ＦＩＦＡ）は１９日に始まった理事会で、２０１２年のロンドン五輪から男子の参加規定を２１歳以下とする改正案をまとめた。６月の総会に諮る。

最終的には国際オリンピック委員会（ＩＯＣ）の承認が必要で、受け入れられた場合には１１年のＵ－２０（２０歳以下）Ｗ杯がロンドン五輪の予選を兼ねるという。

その結果、五輪に関しては男子の参加規定をU-21にすること、そして大陸予選は行われず、エジプトで2011年に行われるU-21 World Cupが予選を兼ねるということが確認されたようだ。

つまり、この結果によっては南米とヨーロッパとアフリカだけの出場になっても止むなしということらしい。

たしかにオリンピック予選に関してはアジアの枠は広すぎたからね。

ということで、アジアを勝ち抜くだけではオリンピックに出られなくなるこのシステムに日本はどう反応するだろうね。

うまくいけば、Ｗ杯本戦も同じようなシステムになるかもしれないからね。
