A seguito della decisione del Giudice Sportivo di comminare due giornate di squalifica a Milos Krasic, la Juventus è già al lavoro, attraverso i suoi avvocati Michele Briamonte e Luigi Chiappero, per presentare il ricorso in via d'urgenza presso i competenti organi. Tale ricorso sarà depositato domani nei termini previsti.

Al termine dell'Assemblea di Lega, anche Giuseppe Marotta si è espresso sulla squalifica dicendo che «la decisione del giudice è fortemente iniqua». «Krasic assolutamente non voleva commettere un'infrazione regolamentare - prosegue Marotta - e tantomeno consumare un comportamento antisportivo. Se metto il cappello da dirigente di calcio dico che la norma certamente va rivista, se metto il cappello da dirigente della Juventus ribadisco che credo assolutamente non congrua la sanzione inflitta dal giudice sportivo».

«Presenteremo ricorso immediatamente e dimostreremo – conferma Marotta - che il giocatore non ha commesso questa infrazione e starà ai nostri avvocati dimostrare questa tesi. Quando si parla di simulazione la definizione è molto ampia, sicuramente il comportamento di Krasic non era tendente ad ingannare l'arbitro che era ben appostato così come ben piazzato era l'assistente e pure il quarto uomo. Sicuramente non era fallo da rigore, ma da qui a dire che Krasic è un simulatore ne passa molto perché chi ha giocato a calcio sa benissimo che generalmente certi giocatori, ad esempio lo stesso Krasic, tendono magari a cadere con più facilità»

Serie A said that after reviewing video evidence, it was clear there was no contact with Bologna's Daniele Portanova.

"The referee made an error because of a dive by the Juventus player," a statement said, adding Krasic must serve a two-game ban.

Vincenzo Iaquinta missed the resulting penalty after 36 minutes to partly placate furious Bologna players but Italian media has castigated Serbia's Krasic, who had made an excellent start to his Juve career.

Blonde-haired Krasic, a transfer window signing from CSKA Moscow, had quickly gained a place in Juve fans' hearts thanks to his driving runs and resemblance to former hero Pavel Nedved.

His absence for fifth-placed Juve against second-placed Milan has been made worse by news that Amauri will miss the game with an Achilles problem while fellow striker Iaquinta is highly doubtful with a knee injury.

Alessandro Del Piero, one away from breaking the club's Serie A scoring record of 178 goals at the age of 35, is likely to come into the side and lead the line with Fabio Quagliarella.
